Perhaps you are looking for the support to feel optimum health, to live the life of your dreams with passion and excitement! You may want to feel stronger and more balanced in your life. You may want to be free of physical and emotional pain. You are looking for solutions to chronic illnesses and conditions. Or, You are longing to experience a less stressful life.   

 

I have been in the healing profession most of my life. I have always been passionate about supporting myself and others on educational and transformational journeys.

Inspired by my own health recovery with Biomagnetic Pair Therapy treatments, I immersed myself with Biomagnestim trainings to become a specialist. I am devoted to offering these services so others can also experience a life of Optimum Health.

I am certified in Biomagnetism from Dr. Isaac Goiz Duran MD., founder and Director of C.I.B.M., El Centro de Investigacion de Biomagnetismo Medico, at the University of Chapingo, Mexico. I am trained in Biomagnetism Level I and Bioenergetics Level II. I continue to attend courses with Dr. Isaac Goiz Duran MD to keep me updated with his current discoveries and to deepen my learning. I am trained with Dr. Miquel Ojeda Rios in Microbioenergetics and apply his specialized techniques in my treatment sessions.  I also utilize and apply The Emotion Code techniques from Dr. Bradley Nelson.

In addition to Biomagnetism treatments, I offer other modalities of psychological, emotional and physical support to help you balance your body, mind, and heart while allowing your spirit to soar! Learning to breathe deeply, being flexible in your body, quieting the mind with meditation techniques, reducing stress, laughing a lot to increase endorphins,  and making healthier food choices through diet and nutritional awareness creates a vibrant healthier You!

I have a B.A. in Psychology/Art and an M.A. in Clinical Art Therapy. I had a practice in San Francisco and worked at a Neuropsychiatric Institute for many years as an Art Therapist with individuals, children and families providing clinical assessments and therapeutic treatments. 

​

I spent 6 years as a Living Foods Educator at the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute in Puerto Rico offering coaching sessions for lifestyle changes and optimal wellness, including psychological insights, self inquiry, releasing negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, creating new habits and positive affirmations. I taught educational classes for a plant base living raw food diet and detoxification program.

I am a certified Yoga Instructor and provide therapeutic structural alignment, balance, and emotional and mental wellness. I teach classes in yoga, meditation, breathing, conscious eating, and psychology, all to support the body/mind/heart and spirit connection with students and clients.
